What are the steps before starting work?

After submitting your application, we conduct two interview stages to assess your experience, English proficiency, and other factors. If successful, we add you to our system and send your resume to clients. If everything aligns with their needs, you’ll receive a corporate email and proceed to a 5-day (40-hour) trial period. Upon successful completion, you begin your full role.
